THE ROLE:

Play a key role in a collaborative data team, helping the organisation leverage data to drive informed decisions. You’ll be involved in the full data lifecycle, from gathering requirements and engaging with stakeholders to developing robust data pipelines and delivering insightful reports.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee data ingestion and transformation using Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, and SQL.

  • Build and manage automated data pipelines, incorporating auditing and error-handling processes.

  • Create Power BI reporting.

  • Ensure data accuracy, security, and adherence to best practices throughout the development lifecycle.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven expertise with Microsoft Azure technologies, including Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, and SQL.

  • Strong proficiency in data modelling, analysis, and visualisation.

  • Experience with Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies.

  • Ability to mentor and support junior team members.

  • Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.
