Method Resourcing have partnered exclusively with a leading construction business who are going from strength-to-strength as they look to bring on a a Data Engineer to join them on their journey.

The role: As a Data Engineer, you will be working with Microsoft PowerBI and associated Azure technologies such as Data Factory, Data Lakehouse/Delta Lake, Databricks and Synapse to manage the data strategy and deliver a reporting suite to internal and external stakeholders.

Skills and experience they are looking for:

  • Experience with Microsoft data technology stack including tools for ETL and reporting (essential)
  • Experience of Microsoft Power Bl, Power Query or DAX (essential)
  • Proficient in T-SQL with experience extracting and manipulating data from cloud platforms (desirable)
  • ADF, ADLS, Synapse, Delta/Data lake experience
  • Experience cleaning, verifying, and validating data
  • Experience with data governance policies and procedures
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral

Working pattern: This role will require up to 2 days per week into their London office, they can be flexible with weeks but please ensure you can travel before applying.
