We are seeking a highly skilled Data Migration Architect to join our client’s dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing data migration strategies, ensuring seamless integration across various platforms and systems. You will be required to have Public Sector experience working and supporting multi-disciplinary Agile teams.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute data migration strategies to support organisational objectives.
• Develop and manage data warehouses, lake houses, and other data storage solutions.
• Utilise AWS and Azure cloud platforms to optimise data migration processes.
• Work with Denodo for data virtualization and integration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance throughout the migration process.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practises in data management and migration.

Qualifications:

• Active SC Clearance
• Proven experience in data migration, data warehousing, and lake house architecture.
• Extensive knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
• Proficiency with Denodo for data virtualization.
• Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
