A FTSE100 client is seeking a Data Ops / Platform Engineer for a 6-month initial contract with remote working options.
The role offers an overall assignment rate of £600-700 per day, working within a greenfield tech hub.
Candidates must have extensive experience with Databricks and a strong background in infrastructure as code.
In-depth knowledge of Databricks architecture, CI/CD tools, Azure cloud, and familiarity with DevOps principles is required.
Experience with Kafka or other Spark implementations is also preferred.

Working with a FTSE100 Client who are currently in the market for a Data Ops / Platform Engineer to join their Data Platform Team. You will work part of their exciting greenfield tech hub.

Platform Engineer, key skills:

MUST have extensive Databricks experience
Infrastructure as code
In-depth knowledge of Databricks architecture and features
Technical background in build and release environments with experience of CI / CD tools
Azure cloud
Building, maintaining, and optimising Databricks
Familiarity with DevOps principles and tools
Kafka or any other Spark implementation
