Main Responsibilities as a Senior Data Engineer
- Designing and implementing ETL / ELT processes.
- Lead the development of data ingestion and transformation processes using multiple technologies (SQL, Snowflake, DBT / Astronomer, APIs etc); leveraging agile methodologies and a modern approach to data warehousing.
- Defining, managing and implementing data security policies.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Experience with database technologies and concepts (Snowflake or other cloud-based data warehouses an advantage)
- Experience of working with fully automated CI/CD processes.
- Experience of automated testing in a data focused environment.
- High level of expertise and experience in DBT, SQL and Python.
