Data Analyst - HR Systems & Data Integration

Are you passionate about data analysis, integration, and cleansing? We're looking for a Data Analyst to support the Hire to Retire value stream, mapping and analyzing data to drive meaningful insights. You'll play a key role in data integration, management, and reporting, ensuring clean and reliable data for business decision-making.

What You'll Be Doing

?? Extracting, manipulating, and analyzing data from various sources (databases, APIs, spreadsheets)

?? Performing data cleansing to remove inconsistencies and improve quality

?? Conducting exploratory data analysis to identify trends and support decision-making

?? Creating solution and data-flow diagrams to enhance data governance and integration

?? Presenting insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner

?? Collaborating with IT and business users to ensure data accessibility, integrity, and security

?? Monitoring and troubleshooting data issues to optimize performance

What We’re Looking For

? Proven experience in data analysis within large-scale HR system replacement projects (SAP SuccessFactors & Sage People preferred)

? Strong understanding of data flows in the Hire to Retire value stream

? Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI preferred)

? Ability to work with large datasets and extract meaningful insights

? Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex data to non-technical stakeholders

? Knowledge of data security, compliance, and GDPR

?? Desirable: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300), Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals (DP-900)
