Key Responsibilities:
- Data Engineering & Pipeline Development - Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines using SQL, Python, or R to ensure smooth data ingestion, transformation, and cleansing.
- Data Quality & Governance - Implement data security, governance, and quality assurance processes to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- Data LakeHouse & Warehousing - Support the design and maintenance of data repositories and ensure scalability and efficiency.
- Data Modelling & Business Intelligence - Create data models, dashboards, and reports using Power BI, helping to deliver business insights.
- Optimisation & Performance - Improve the performance, security, and scalability of data infrastructure.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement - Work with key stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions that drive decision-making and innovation.
- Data Strategy & Innovation - Support the development of a data-driven culture, exploring new opportunities for analytics and automation.

Essential Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in SQL with knowledge of Python or R.
- Expertise in Power BI for data visualization and analytics.
- Experience working with Azure data tools and frameworks.
- Knowledge of data modelling, warehousing, and governance best practices.
- Ability to manage data pipeline projects, including Azure DevOps.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
Desirable Skills:
- ITIL certification.
- Experience within the insurance or financial services sector.
