*£19.36 an hour PAYE

ROLE DESCRIPTION

The London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham, Adult Learning & Skill Service [ALSS] provides over 400 courses to more than 6,000 students locally and London wide. The courses offered are both nationally accredited qualifications and non-accredited courses at various locations throughout the borough.

ALSS is seeking a highly motivated Data Inputter with a strong emphasis on speed and accuracy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting data efficiently and accurately into our systems

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will need to:

  • Accurately input data into various systems and databases (main system is EBS).
  • Ensure data integrity and quality.
  • Utilise Microsoft Excel for data management.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency.
  • Ensure your actions and decisions align with the Council’s declaration of a climate and ecological emergency.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Proven experience in data entry or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Training and Support:
  • Comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Ongoing support to ensure success in the role
