About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Migration Specialist with expertise in migrating data from Voyager Infinity to Bullhorn CRM or equivalent. This is a fully remote, fixed-term contract for 1 month, offering an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-paced recruitment firm as we transition to a new system.
You will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless, accurate, and efficient data migration process while minimising disruption to our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage the end-to-end data migration from Voyager Infinity to Bullhorn CRM
- Extract, cleanse, transform, and load (ETL) data while ensuring data integrity and accuracy
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to define mapping, validation, and testing requirements
- Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, duplicates, and errors pre- and post-migration
- Implement best practices to optimise data structure and usability within Bullhorn
- Provide post-migration support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth adoption
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Data Migration Specialist or similar role
- Strong SQL, Excel, and data manipulation skills
- Expertise in Voyager Infinity and Bullhorn CRM migration or equivalent
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data cleansing techniques
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience working in recruitment or staffing industry (preferred but not essential)
