Data Modeller:

Role:

My client is looking to add a Data Modeller to their current team. You will be working in the Data Analytics & Architecture team. You will be working with architects to gather business requirements, design new data features, and ensure solutions align with organizational policies and support the data strategy. This is a permanent role with Chatham/London and Wolverhampton considered as locations. The role is also hybrid working.

Core Responsibilities

  • Partner with architects to design solutions that improve business offerings and ensure data principles are followed.
  • Work with data experts to maximize the impact of new features and maintain metadata resources like data dictionaries and lineages.
  • Identify and implement improvements to data processes, promoting best practices.
  • Understand data across business areas and systems.
  • Champion effective use of data.
  • Support continuous improvement and document data architecture initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with risk management and data governance policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in data-related roles Analysis/Data Management/Data Analytics.
  • Excellent SQL and Analysis skills.
  • Knowledge of data architecture, data management and data warehouse.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and experience gathering business and IT requirements.
  • Proven experience using data for business value in a tech role.
