Role: Data Solutions Lead (24 Month FTC)
Salary: Up to £56,000

Working Pattern: One Day Per Month On-Site

Summary
We have a brand-new role for an Data Solutions Lead (24 Month FTC) on a mostly remote basis, with some very occasional travel to central London. This role is exclusively available through Oscar Technology.
This role is responsible for leadership of their small Data team: performance, recruitment and induction. As an advocate for digital innovation, you will also provide leadership around data solutions, team direction, and developing and implementing plans.
We are looking for someone who is ready to provide hands-on support, provide leadership, and work with stakeholders to promote the continuous improvement within their data sector.
The Company
This is working for a company in the public sector with a significant program of work, they are making some major improvements to a number of key business systems.
They have an excellent benefits package, which I have outlined below but headlined by 28 days AL, yearly salary increases, and a 12% Pension.
Your responsibilities / accountabilities in this role will be:
- Provide leadership in the design, implementation and maintenance of Data solutions
- Monitor the performance and progress of Data Solutions during building, and provide status updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets and schedules
- Act as the escalation point for technical and project-related issues
- Support the configuration and application of data tools
- Manage integrations between systems using API
- Write comprehensive business cases for decisions on future solution projects.
- Translate data architecture principles into operational data solutions
Requirements
- Experience leading / mentoring a small team
- SQL / Python
- PowerBI
- Microsoft Stack (SharePoint , Power Platform)
