Handle Recruitment is seeking candidates confident with working with data who are passionate about advertising, marketing, events or other areas of media to join an International Festival of Creativity in the run up to the 2025 event. The festival is highly reputable and widely regarded as the Oscars of the advertising, brand marketing and creative communications world, so it is a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking to gain invaluable experience within the creative, advertising and events industries!

As a Database Processor you will directly support the Awards Database Specialist and act as a first point of contact for all related entry issues. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Matching company entries to our database
  • Creating new companies on our database when necessary
  • Initial check that Entrant Companies into the festival adhere to our rules and criteria
  • Dealing with customer queries when necessary
  • Meticulous quality control of company matching prior to on-site judging
  • Brand-tagging campaigns

To be successful in the role you will have:

  • Experience in using large databases with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Gmail, Google Drive and all its applications
  • Excellent communication skills - ability to compose professional and articulate emails, with a confident and helpful telephone manner
  • Strong organisational skills, with self-motivation to multitask
  • An active interest or experience/education across creative industries is preferable
