Information Management & digital record administrator, Information Management Disposition Analyst.
Hybird working - 2 days per week on site.
Information Management and record Administrator required to work with a leading financial services organisation based in Canary Wharf.
The Information Management team (IM) engages with all teams within the business to ensure that unstructured data and information assets are managed in an organised and coherent manner.
The successful applicant will report to the team Principal and work in consultation with the IM Information Manager for each business area. You will also liaise with the Information Management Coordinators within the business areas.
You will ensure digital records are organised in the primary electronic document management system (EDRMS) in such a way that the Information Management team can effectively manage the disposition and arrangement of records contained within it.
General responsibilities: -
- Liaise with IM colleagues and work with other business colleagues and raise any issues found as a result of the work
- Between consultations, self-start and manage work using planning and control tools such as Jira (Agile planning system) and spreadsheets
- Re-organise digital records already filed in the EDRMS
