People Data & Systems Partner  £40KPermanent City of London The RoleMy client within the technology industry is seeking a People Data & Systems Partner/Specialist with a strong passion for HR technologies and systems. The candidate will be expected to support and improve concepts, principles, practices and Technology systems. What You’ll Do :
  • Manage and maintain data across SuccessFactors modules. Monitor reports, handle helpdesk queries, and support HR events like performance reviews and bonuses.
  • Ensure system data and processes are correct, auditing workflows and integrations.
  • Maintain system configuration, execute testing for updates, and handle bulk data uploads.
  • Develop training materials, deliver user training, and maintain documentation on system use.
  • Generate regular HRIS reports and ensure compliance with GDPR.
Who You Are :
  • Proven background with SuccessFactors, including configuration, troubleshooting, and data reporting. Success Factors software experience is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to explain technical information
  • Intermediate MS Office skills; knowledge of HRIS integrations and configurations.
