A successful Medical Billing company are currently seeking a Billing Officer to join the team. You will be responsible for the full billing and invoicing processes for a range of clients and debtors. The role will involve interacting with customers, clients , patients and healthcare providers, ensuring exceptional levels of customer service and confidentiality.
Role Overview
- Permanent, Full time (37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri 9-5).
- Hybrid Working Model - working 3 days from Office (London- SE1) and 2 days from home , dependent on business needs.
- Manage and oversee the full billing process.
- Regular interactions with clients , patients and healthcare providers via phone and email.
- Ensure processes and timelines are being carefully monitored and adhered to.
Requirements
- Excellent analytical, communication and problem solving skills are essential.
- Prior experience of working in Credit Control, ideally within the healthcare/medical sector.
- Strong understanding of Credit Control processes and principles.
- An understanding of healthcare processes including CCSD codes is highly beneficial.
