About the Role:We are currently working with a fantastic Fintech business whoa are seeking an experienced Billings & Collections Manager to oversee billing operations and drive effective collections strategies on a contract basis. This role involves ensuring accurate invoicing, timely payments, and maintaining excellent client relationships. As part of this position, you will collaborate with multiple internal teams and contribute to optimizing the overall billing process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the billing process, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing for all clients.
  • Review and approve monthly billing runs, along with any required adjustments.
  • Ensure compliance with financial controls and procedures, including monthly reconciliation.
  • Assist with audit-related tasks throughout the year.
  • Lead collections efforts by managing outstanding accounts and addressing payment delays.
  • Communicate with clients to resolve billing issues and ensure prompt payments.
  • Implement strategies to reduce overdue accounts and improve overall cash flow.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the billing and collections team.
