Description
路To provide a first-class service relating to the resolution of any non/under-paying customers
路Contributing to proactive telephone/email campaigns in order to achieve weekly collections.
路Referring to contractual loan agreements to ensure prompt repayment terms.
路Data input, accurately inputting data across multiple systems.
路Deal with ad hoc queries from clients / merchants such as resolving queries regarding payments.
Profile
路At least one year's experience with Customer Service/Accounts Receivable/Credit Control ledger maintenance ideally within Financial Services
路Happy to be in the office 3 days a week in London
