Description

  • Providing first-class customer service relating to resolving any non/under-paying customers
  • Managing cases of high value accounts in arrears across a range of circumstances
  • Dealing with high-volumes of outbound and inbound calls, creating bespoke letter and email content with high levels of care, awareness and accuracy
  • Building positive relationships with their merchants in order to achieve positive outcome
  • Negotiate, implement and execute positive solutions with the Merchants circumstances in mind, while balancing the best interests of the business
  • Work with a wide range of teams within the company to understand, strategise and implement the most appropriate course of action for each account
  • Working closely with Team Leaders and Collections & Recoveries Management to help review and develop the wider recovery strategies

Profile

  • 1+ years experience within Credit Control/Collections/Debt Recovery
  • Highly reliable, organised and adaptable
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Team-player mindset
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with a strong work ethic
