As a Field Collections Officer, your primary responsibility is to ensure ongoing client relationships.
You'll be responsible for:
路 Face-to-face client engagement: Visiting client premises to discuss and resolve outstanding debts.
路 Debt recovery: Making collection calls, negotiating payment plans, and executing warrants when necessary.
路 Data gathering: Collecting essential customer data, including meter reads and vulnerability assessments.
路 Relationship building: Developing strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
路 At least 2 years of experience in a similar client-facing role.
路 Ideally, having worked in payment collections
路 Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
路 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
