Robert Half are exclusively partnered with a SAAS business who require an immediately available Accounts Receivable Analyst for a 3 month contract. This is a fully remote role covering the paternity leave of a permanent member of staff. This role is available as an immediate start, paying an hourly rate of 18-22 pounds per hour dependent on experience.
Responsibilities
-Accurate and timely invoicing of customers
-Ensure customers receive invoices, account statements and adjustments timely and accurately
-Be key point of contact to UK/European clients in helping understand invoices
-Verifying TAX/VAT amounts as necessary on invoices
-Enrolment of global customers in consolidated invoicing
-Create custom billing schedules
-Accommodate speciality invoicing requests
-Project work in improvement of all processes
Experience required:
-2+ (recent) years experience in Accounts Receivable, ideally in a billing function (less so credit control)
-Experienced in invoicing on international basis (ideally EU alongside UK)
-VAT reconciliations experience is considered advantageous
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
