About the Role
Our client, a renowned construction company specializing in high-end residential projects, is seeking an experienced Working Foreman with a strong carpentry background to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily on-site operations and coordinating the workforce
- Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard
- Managing health and safety protocols, and ensuring compliance
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
- Hands-on involvement in carpentry work when necessary, supporting the team
- Problem-solving and providing leadership to ensure challenges are swiftly addressed
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Working Foreman in high-end residential projects
- Strong background in carpentry (essential)
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
