Responsibilities:

Deliver complete customer satisfaction

Ensure the complete accuracy of all administration duties to ensure the customer is delivered to 'right first time’ requirements

Liaise with new and existing clients to prompt good customer relations and good client care

Maintain regular contact with both the client, office and operative passing on information between each party

Report any overspends on site or extra requirements to the relevant departments to ensure smooth operational running

Day to day running of all accounts under your responsibility

Prepare operative wage sheets and maintain client records for your Line Manager and payroll department

Handle customer complaints, credits, wage deductions and satisfaction to client requirements

Lead teams to achieve the highest service and hygiene standards and meet service specification

Identify training requirements for the cleaning operatives and implement and deliver training to ensure the highest standards of service

Monitor equipment to include coordination of regular servicing reporting any faults to ensure all equipment is in safe working order

Identify and resolve any health and safety hazards in each workplace on a priority basis

Start-up of any new client, key collection, time assessment and allocation of operative on site
