This role is based at a contemporary industrial-style office building in East London providing Grade A workspace plus beautifully landscaped courtyard and community roof terrace/garden.
You will be reporting into the Multi-Site BM, so there's plenty of opportunity to step up and take the reins in this role, as you'll be in charge when they're not around.
Salary range circa £40,000 plus a range of excellent benefits including; Pension, Private Medical Cover, Private Dental Cover, Life Assurance Cover, 25 Days' Holiday (Plus Bank Holidays), Annual Company Bonus
To be suitable for this role you should have experience in a similar role, working in building / facilities management for commercial office buildings.
