Combining sustainability, with innovation, creativity, and a five-star approach to customer service, our client continues to push the boundaries of modern workplace management and is seeking a stand out Assistant Operations Manager for a brand new development in the City of London.
Due to PC next year, this soon to be iconic high-rise combines sleek urban design with first-class amenities. You'll form part of the dedicated operations team, bringing together a range of stakeholders to create and shape a top-tier total FM provision for a wide array of customers that form part of this newly created community.
Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Focusing on providing a first-class customer-orientated approach to facilities management;
- Taking responsibility for everyday management of the soft services such as cleaning, security, administration, and front of house;
- Developing and sustaining lasting professional relationships with the tenants, delivering a programme of employee engagement initiatives;
- Leading on performance reviews for contractors;
- Managing service charge alongside the Operations Manager;
- Overseeing a variety of minor works and programmes;
- Positively contributing to ESG & Sustainability Initiatives;
- Helping to ensure health & safety compliance.
As the successful Assistant Operations Manager, you'll be able to demonstrate a track record in delivering first-class results within a Real Estate environment for a variety of tenants simultaneously. An IOSH or NEBOSH is essential as is experience with supervising soft-service suppliers previously.
