  • Now seeking a dynamic Business Unit Controller to lead their Discounters BU

The Role:

  • As Business Unit Controller, you will play a pivotal role in driving success within the Discounters BU through:
  • Leading and inspiring - Manage a high-performing team of National Account Managers (NAMs) and National Account Executives (NAEs), supported by cross-functional indirect reports, to achieve strategic partnership status with key Discounters.
  • Strategic leadership - Craft and implement the Discounters channel strategy, unlocking new commercial opportunities and enhancing the company's position in this competitive market.
  • Relationship excellence - Cultivate and strengthen key customer relationships, ensuring alignment of operational capabilities to deliver exceptional results.
