Insight Executive Group are working with a global FM service provider who are looking for a Contract Manager on one of their main London healthcare clients. This a full time permanent role with a starting salary of £75k.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Soft FM Contract management, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

The role is for an experienced and commercially-minded Contract Manager to collaborate with NHS teams, managing the full Soft Facilities Management (FM) service. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient delivery of Soft Facilities Management (FM) services, including cleaning, catering, portering, and retail operations. You will play a key role in driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

This role involves strategic planning, contract negotiation, compliance monitoring and team leadership, fostering a high-performance culture, to ensure that contracts are managed efficiently and effectively.
