Description
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Contracts Manager to oversee our facilities management operations. This is a key role that involves managing a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Overseeing maintenance contractors (both hard and soft services)
- Managing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules and costs
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
- Leading and developing a team
- Conducting remedial works when required
- Managing budgets and tracking spend
- Building strong relationships with contractors to ensure smooth operations
- Driving improvements in efficiency and service delivery
Profile
Key Requirements:
- Extensive experience in Facilities Management, specifically with contractors and maintenance (hard and soft services)
- Strong knowledge of PPM and cost management
- Proven experience in managing budgets and monitoring spends
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent understanding of compliance and health & safety regulations
- Ability to handle complex contractual negotiations and manage relationships with suppliers and contractors
