Job Title: Duty Manager
Working Hours: 8:00am - 20:00pm
Contract Rota: 4 on 4 off
Location: Wood Green - N7
We are currently recruiting for a Head Concierge/Duty Manager to oversee a high-end luxury residential development located in Wood Green.
Ideally, you'll have all or most of the experience we're asking for:
- Previous residential or other property experience, within a similar role
- Experience in managing a team, contractors and building works within a busy development
- Significant experience providing exemplary levels of customer service
- Awareness of general fire, health & safety and security
- Proven ability to and handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Responsibilities:
- Oversees all daily operations at the development and is the first point of contact for any incidents or issues related to customers, team members and visitors
- Management of a team of 2 Day Concierge
- 1800 unit development
- Meet and greet the residents and answer enquiries by telephone or from callers to the desk
- Always ensure effective security of residents and the building including manning any CCTV and aid the smooth running of facilities
- Issue keys only to correct personnel/residents whilst recording at all times the signing in and out of keys
- Communicate with leaseholders and managing agents in an attentive and personable manner
- Meeting all requirements of the management contract, lease(s) and service standards
- Support the ongoing asset management routines of the development, aiming to ensure planned maintenance tasks, risk action tasks and mobilisation tasks are completed in an efficient and timely manner.
- Undertake required risk assessments, health and safety checks and routine testing requirements ensuring concerns are acted upon and completed within the given time frame
- Perform weekly fire alarm, lift alarm and other regulatory tests and inspections, and report any issues to the Property Manager as well as log/file records for inspection purposes
- Be responsible for all deliveries to the main reception desk, receiving and safekeeping of all parcels/registered mail.
- Correctly issuing of all parcels/registered mail with a record which must be signed by residents.
- Notify residents of any deliveries to arrange collection from the front desk
