Hiring on behalf of my client, we are looking for a proactive and reliable Duty Manager to join a reputable team at a prestigious private building in Wood Green, London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the building, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all residents and staff.
  • Manage and supervise on-site personnel, including security and maintenance teams.
  • Handle any emergencies or issues that arise, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution.
  • Monitor building systems and report any technical or operational faults.
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and external parties as needed.
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times.
  • Ensure effective communication with building occupants and provide excellent customer service.

The Ideal Candidate will have:
