Our Client is one of the UK's most successful independent property companies and they are looking for an assistant branch manager for their office in Shad Thames.

Area: Shad Thames, London

Company Type: Multi Branch Agency 

Hours: Mon – Fri 8.30am to 6pm (Saturday 9am - 5pm, when required to work)

Tasks

  • Leading daily meetings with the Estate Agency team
  • Coaching the team to achieve KPI’s
  • Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (Including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings)
  • Encourage your teams development and progression
  • Strong focus on generating new and repeat business
  • Carrying out property valuations
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
  • Liaising with prospective buyers and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
  • Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
  • Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies
