The Role:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a retail professional to assist in operations, team leadership, and sales growth for a renowned brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring sales targets are met and exceeded.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, building long-term relationships and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Support the Store Manager in training and motivating a team of sales associates to provide top-tier service and achieve performance goals.
  • Monitor inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability and merchandising.

Key Requirements:
