- Assist the Store Manager in managing the store's daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and customer service.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure the store is fully stocked, clean, and merchandised to company standards.
- Assist with staff training and development, including coaching and performance management.
- Monitor and analyze sales and inventory data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably in menswear.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze sales and inventory data and make informed decisions.
