Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day running.
  • Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and styling advice, ensuring all clients receive a personalized and luxury shopping experience.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, suggesting and implementing strategies to optimize store profitability.
  • Develop loyalty with our customers by building relationships with customers.
  • Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management. 
  • Assist in managing inventory levels, including receiving and processing new stock, conducting regular stock counts, and ensuring accurate product availability.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar role in luxury retail.
  • Strong communication skills and excellent customer service.
  • Energetic, confident, and with a target-driven attitude.
  • Excellent in providing customer service.
