  • Coach and mentor sales team.
  • Ensure standards met business wide.
  • Monitor KPIs and sales goals.
  • Ensure high level of customer service.
  • Working with marketing to develop local initiatives

Core experience, Qualifications, and Skills

  • Experience managing and coaching a sales team.
  • Come from a similar storage/warehouse/packaging, management background.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Experience in consultative or telesales essential.
  • Bright positive and enthusiastic with the ability to cross over naturally between telesales and real world customer interactions.
