Key Responsibilities as an Assistant Store Manager
- Coach and mentor sales team.
- Ensure standards met business wide.
- Monitor KPIs and sales goals.
- Ensure high level of customer service.
- Working with marketing to develop local initiatives
Core experience, Qualifications, and Skills
- Experience managing and coaching a sales team.
- Come from a similar storage/warehouse/packaging, management background.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Experience in consultative or telesales essential.
- Bright positive and enthusiastic with the ability to cross over naturally between telesales and real world customer interactions.
