We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations. You will assist in managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales. Job description
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Lead by example and motivate the team to achieve sales targets
- Train and develop store staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are met and maintained
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to create and implement strategies to drive sales growth
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
