- Store Representation: Uphold the company’s Mission, Vision, and Values, maintaining professionalism and setting a positive example for the team.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the team, ensuring staff coverage on the shop floor, delegating tasks, and supporting their development through coaching and training.
- Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service by following established guidelines, addressing queries, and resolving complaints. Foster a customer-focused environment for the team.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, well-stocked, and adheres to company retail standards. Efficiently process deliveries and report any stock discrepancies.
- Operational Support: Assist with key store operations such as till procedures, stock management, Health & Safety compliance, and opening/closing the store.
- KPI and Sales Management: Learn how to analyse KPIs and collaborate with the Store Manager to improve store performance. Drive a performance-oriented approach to maximise sales.
