Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Drive the strategy for managing both supply and demand aspects of the role, ensuring alignment with growth targets and team objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key landlord accounts, sourcing new spaces and managing existing ones to meet demand and maintain a high-quality portfolio.
  • Brand Engagement: Develop and manage a comprehensive list of brands seeking long-term spaces. Provide expert guidance and world-class service throughout the booking process.
  • Market Research: Source and identify new brands, educate existing network brands about space opportunities, and stay updated on market trends and competition.
  • Collaboration with Agents: Work closely with agents to locate and secure the best spaces for your portfolio of brands, ensuring they meet client needs and expectations.
  • Creative Contribution: Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within a start-up environment, embracing challenges and driving growth.

Requirements:

  • Retail Leasing Knowledge: Pre-existing knowledge of retail leasing is highly advantageous, with existing relationships with key landlord accounts being a significant plus.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Resourceful and self-starting, with the ability to take ownership of commercial targets and devise strategies to achieve them.
  • Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, with a drive for success and persistence in closing deals.
  • Retail and Location Expertise: Strong interest in UK retail locations and the ability to confidently share insights with clients and prospects.
  • Brand and Agency Experience: Previous experience working with major brands, media, or brand agencies is a strong advantage. Experience with international brands and pop-up retail is beneficial.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and persuasive phone manner. Accurate mathematical skills are essential for precise quoting.
