Responsibilities
- Managing a team of Sales Consultants in multiple stores
- Motivating and mentoring them to exceed customer expectations
- Providing ongoing training and support for development
- Successfully achieving monthly and quarterly financial targets
- Analysing commercial figures, KPIs and setting team and individual goals
- Supporting in store events and marketing initiatives
- Ensuring visual merchandising standards are upheld
- Overseeing stock control to ensure each store meets customer demands
Requirements
- Proven track record of managing multiple teams in the beauty industry
- Proactive with the ability to work autonomously and lead by example
- Commercially astute with a keen understanding of figures
- Fluency in English and French essential (Italian or Spanish advantageous)
