Our client is looking for an experienced Retail Planning Manager to join their team, on a contract basis.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with senior management to develop strategies for all bought media channels including print, digital display (programmatic and direct), mobile, paid social, paid search, affiliate, out-of-home, TV and emerging media technologies.
- Integrate offline and online channels creating through-the-funnel and streamlined media communications, that deliver against both long and short term goals (against revenue and brand favourability).
- Ownership of the relationship with regional media agency to ensure flawless execution across all phases of planning and execution, pre- and post- campaign launch.
- Work closely with consumer insights to utilize econometric data, media research, seasonal learnings and creative strategy to develop targeted seasonal plans that will stand-out and drive traffic and revenue in store and online.
- Seek, investigate and actively pursue innovative communications opportunities, keeping abreast of current events, media trends and target market industry trends that impact business.
EXPERIENCE
- Extensive Media planning & buying experience, both traditional media and digital media.
- Experience with performance media (including programmatic, affiliate and paid search)
- Extensive luxury, or relevant brand experience.
- Extensive retail and branding experience
- Ability to evaluate and change priorities daily and perform efficiently within fast paced environment
- Excellent communication, organizational, teamwork and relationship building skills
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Budget management skills
