Retail Transformation Manager | London |3-6 Month Contract| PT or FT | £40,000 - £50,000 FTE
Zachary Daniels are recruiting for a Retail Transformation Manager to join a charity on a contract - this is an exciting role for an established charity manager or a retail operations manager who can support them with their transformation and change process.
You will support the charity in delivering on some key projects and objectives. The charity has ambitious plans for store refits, driving consistency, commercial performance and operational excellence across its retail estate.
The charity is looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, a can-do attitude and experience of delivering on the responsibilities below:
- Health & Safety Compliance
- Policy & Procedure Review
- Volunteer Training Coordination
- New Till Operating System Implementation
- Logistics Management
- Future Shop Design & Refit
The ideal candidate will have worked in charity but we are open minded to speak with strong retail operations managers if they can give meaningful examples on where they may have delivered on the above responsibilities.
Due to the urgency of the role and it's a contract, I am ideally looking for candidates that can start straight away or with short notice periods.
The charity is ideally looking for for someone 3-4 days per week but is open to FT.
