Store Supervisor - Ā£29k plus excellent commission opportunitiesMy client, leaders in luxury wellbeing, are recruiting for a Store Supervisor to work within one of their brand new stand alone wellbeing retail stores.You need to have a passion for wellbeing and customer service, sharing this daily with your team, so that you can create an exceptional, inviting customer retail experience within your store. You will support your Store Manager with all aspects of day to day running, from team management and coaching to housekeeping, sales and service. You should be comfortable in a leadership role and have a desire to develop within the luxury retail sector.Ā You will need to be able to be flexible to work in a 7 day a week operation and work a variety of shifts depending on business needs.Key objectives & Responsibilitiesā€¢ Have co-responsibility for the day to day running of a standalone storeā€¢ Drive forward sales and company objectivesā€¢ Assist the Store Manager with payroll, rotas, stocktakes, and reportsā€¢ Take full ownership of store and team in Store Managers absenceā€¢ Be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Google Driveā€¢ Always provide the highest standard of Customer Experience in store to inspire wellbeingā€¢ Work on initiative and be super proactiveā€¢ Lead by example and support your team with daily tasksā€¢ Always maintain company standardsā€¢ Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping, cleanliness and visual merchandising are upheldā€¢ Organise and support in store and field events to promote the brand whilst working with partnering businessesā€¢ Ongoing coaching of existing and newly recruited team membersā€¢ Taking responsibility for any Health & Safety issues that arise and ensure the correct action is appropriately takenā€¢ Any other reasonable duties as requested by your Store ManagerAttitudeā€¢ Value and treat everyone with empathy, honesty, respect, and kindnessā€¢ Team player with a can-do attitudeā€¢ Positive energy that will inspire othersā€¢ Self-motivator who works on initiativeā€¢ Thrives in a fast-paced business and adapts easily to changeSalary:Ā£29k with excellent commission opportunities and company benefits
