This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving and expanding security systems provider working across West London and nearby areas.The RoleAs a Security Faults / Reactive Engineer, you'll be responsible for reactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and fault-finding across a range of Intruder Alarm systems. You'll also work on Access Control, CCTV, and Fire Alarm systems, providing a prompt and professional service to customers across the region.Key Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing and fault-finding on Intruder Alarm systems (conventional and wireless).
- Diagnose and repair faults efficiently and effectively.
- Support maintenance of Emergency Lighting, Access Control, and Door Entry systems.
- Work on IP and analogue CCTV systems, including basic networking.
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and NSI codes of practice.
- Communicate with customers in a clear and professional manner.
Skills and Experience
- Solid experience with Intruder Alarm systems is essential.
- Additional knowledge of Fire Alarms is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Dual Com monitoring and communication devices.
- Comfortable working with all major brands of security panels and app-based systems.
- Knowledge of NSI codes of practice and current industry standards.
- Full UK manual driving license is required.

Working Hours and Additional Info
- Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm.
- On-call duty approx. 1 in 9 weeks (additional payment applies).
- Some work at height using ladders may be required.
- Travel across West London and surrounding areas.
- NSSA Security Screening required.
