We are looking for an experienced and motivated Band 7 Critical Care Dietitian to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This is an exciting opportunity to clinically lead the development and delivery of best practices in nutrition and dietetics for critical care patients.

About the Role

As the Clinical Lead Dietitian for Critical Care, you will:

  • Lead Clinical Practice:
    • Develop, implement, deliver, and evaluate evidence-based nutrition and dietetic practices in critical care settings.
  • Education & Training:
    • Lead the design and delivery of education and training programs focused on acute nutrition support in critical care.
  • Guidance & Standards:
    • Drive the development and implementation of critical care-related nutrition guidance, standards, and resources.
    • Ensure effective integration of these standards across wider acute nutrition support programs.
  • Complex Case Management:
    • Manage a caseload of highly complex patients requiring specialized nutrition support (Level 3 Critical Care).
    • Ensure smooth step-down processes and uphold excellent standards of nutritional care.
What We’re Looking For
  • A qualified dietitian registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Significant experience in critical care and advanced nutrition support.
  • Proven ability to lead clinical development and service improvement initiatives.
  • Strong skills in education, training, and mentoring.
  • Expertise in managing complex clinical cases in critical care settings.
