Primary Job Purpose

• To be responsible for providing a specialised dietetic service including nutritional assessment, dietary advice and counselling, developing care plans and communicating these with relevant health and other care agencies.• To work as part of St Christopher’s multi-disciplinary team to contribute to high quality, goal-focussed patient care and support.• To provide a clinical dietetic service across the in-patient setting, out-patient clinics and other venues as required.• To actively develop and participate in our multi-disciplinary patient group programme including the Neuro group and the Breathless Management Group.
