Specialist Diabetes Dietitian Band 6
3 days per week (22.5hrs per week) Wednesday-Friday
Covering community MDT clinics
Experience in diabetes essential

Clinical work: Working with adults in acute wards including orthopaedics, urology and care of the elderly- Critical Care experience would be desirable but not essential.
