Key Responsibilities of a Data Analyst:
  • Analysing and reporting data obtained through field works carried out.
  • Analysis of Fixed Network loggers to determine Leakage or usage consumption through data from the HWM system.
  • Identify any changes to Nightline figures and account for those changes by identifying new alarms in the system as well as repaired jobs.
  • Accountable for the ownership of all Campaigns within your ANM’s, ensuring that all tasks in hand are completed as agreed and all detailed feedback is provided through the Field Teams
  • To assist with any new reporting requirements by accessing data from the relevant systems.
  • To actively seek out any issues and report directly with Thames Teams
  • To attend all client meetings daily/weekly and be able to provide updates on all Campaigns when questioned
  • Contribute data-led continuous improvement suggestions
 About you as a Data Analyst: 
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Experience with use of Microsoft Excel (advanced user skills) - manipulating data with use of formulas, generation and formatting of graphs and other data visualisations
  • Power BI/ Power Query knowledge desirable
  • Health and Safety awareness
