Copello have partnered with an established consultancy in the recruitment of 2x Digital Performance Analysts. This role will be based onsite 2 days a week in Westminster.

Candidates must have active SC Clearance.


The Senior Reporting Specialist will be a key member of the strategy, governance, and design team, ensuring that governance, operational, and ad-hoc reporting requirements are delivered with the highest quality. You will play a vital role in collecting, analysing, and reporting data for the Ministry of Justice, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and systems.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing the generation of reports using internal and external data sources
  • Developing supporting processes in line with internal systems and practices
  • Engaging with stakeholders to meet reporting and information needs, creating reports and dashboards as required
  • Reviewing and quality-checking automated reports, identifying risks and issues, and escalating them appropriately
  • Conducting trend analysis to proactively identify performance issues and areas for improvement

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the generation of reports from both internal and external data sources, ensuring alignment with internal processes
  • Create and maintain new reports and dashboards for stakeholders, fulfilling any ad-hoc requests
  • Review automated reports, identify risks and issues, and escalate them where needed
  • Conduct performance trend analysis to identify areas of improvement in behavior and service

Person Specification

Essential:

  • Proactive in gathering and analysing information to support strategic change
  • Ability to critically assess and determine the root causes of failures or poor performance
  • Strong communication skills, capable of gathering reporting requirements and communicating outcomes to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • High proficiency with MS Excel and Office Suite, including at least a lower-intermediate level of Power BI
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow reporting functionality, including basic knowledge of the Performance Analytics module
  • Ability to create and share dashboards within the ServiceNow native reporting environment
  • A strong understanding of operational processes, such as ITIL, and modern digital support teams
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and a focus on continuous improvement
