You have a deep understanding of what content resonates across the Social Media landscape; few things make you happier than a well-crafted caption. You obsessively keep up with the latest digital trends, and you probably introduced your friends to the world of TikTok challenges. You stay curious, humble, and open-minded, and have experience crafting emotional stories that people connect with. You have a ruthlessly high bar for Creative output, and you're able to seamlessly switch between 'doing it yourself' and 'sprinkling magic dust' on agency work. You're comfortable using data to test and refine your output, as well as prove impact.Key job responsibilities:
  • Co-develop and implement channel and growth strategies for Our Clients video's Social presence in the UK
  • Co-develop and implement standout campaigns for local as well as global priority launches and distinct Editorial content across
  • Our clients UK Social handles that drive follower growth, engagement and watch time
  • Drive highest-bar measurement and analytics of Social campaigns and Editorial across Social platforms including cadenced reporting
  • Tap into topical trending content and make Our Clients part of the conversation
  • Partner closely with internal (e.g. Marketing, PR, Content Teams) and external stakeholders (e.g. agencies, production companies, talent) to ensure strong working relationships and outputs
  • Collaborate with Social platform partners to identify new opportunities and ensure the business is adopting the latest product features and best practices
  • Input into Social campaign and always-on content budget
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Fluent level of English
  • Extensive experience in developing and managing Social channels and campaigns of significant scale for brands with success in driving earned media
  • Experience in using data and metrics to measure and report impact and shape action plans
  • Experience in creating engaging Social content
  • Agency steering experience
  • Extensive know-how about the ever-changing Social Media landscape
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Entertainment experience- Deep knowledge of Pop Culture/Movies/TV/Music- Editorial experience in digital publishing world- Experience with paid Social Media- Talent/Creator Management Experience
