The team is thinking bigger and bolder than ever before, fostering a higher tolerance for risk, to support building higher levels of brand equity and reputation to achieve greater lead attainment for sales.Role BriefAs an Associate Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our Sr. Digital Marketing Managers in maintaining and optimizing our digital presence. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing various web-related initiatives that support our overall marketing strategy. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and accurate execution of tasks. The ideal candidate is meticulous, proactive, familiar with digital marketing processes, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain content documents to support the editorial and web production teams
  • Coordinate new web page builds and manage updates to existing web pages
  • Oversee quality assurance (QA) tasks to ensure error-free web experiences
  • Implement and launch Drift playbooks to enhance customer engagement
  • Manage web page retirements and site cleanup tasks to maintain a streamlined digital experience
  • Maintain dashboards in Adobe Analytics to track and report on web performance
  • Coordinate and implement homepage announcements
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or web content management
  • Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and web development processes
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics or other digital analytics tools
  • Experience with Drift or similar chatbot platforms
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
