- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or web content management
- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and web development processes
- Experience with Adobe Analytics or other digital analytics tools
- Experience with Drift or similar chatbot platforms
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with web performance optimization techniques
