What You'll Do:As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients achieve their goals through our digital marketing solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building Relationships: Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to foster loyalty and trust.
- Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand our services and how to maximise their benefits.
- Strategic Support: Collaborate with clients to develop tailored strategies that align with their business objectives and drive results.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyse client performance data and provide insights to enhance their marketing campaigns.
- Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback to improve services and assist in product development.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to address client needs and deliver exceptional service.

- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in digital marketing or SEO.
